Our renovation of this private wealth advisor & financial service’s office in downtown Vancouver blended high-end design with technical precision to deliver a sophisticated, functional workspace. A signature element of the project was the custom ceiling millwork, designed to add visual interest and define zones within the office. We collaborated closely with structural engineers to ensure that the backing and support systems could safely bear the weight of the ceiling feature, maintaining both safety and aesthetics. In the boardroom, we worked with mechanical engineers to assess and improve air distribution, ultimately adding four linear diffusers integrated inside the bulkhead to achieve proper air balancing and ventilation without compromising the clean lines of the design. Additional highlights include a dramatic natural stone feature wall in the reception area and thoughtfully placed greenery throughout the space, contributing to a calming, biophilic environment that reflects this company’s values of stability, sophistication, and forward-thinking service.
