This project involved the full interior build-out of a modern office space for a leading insurance company, located in downtown Vancouver. The scope included open-plan workstations, enclosed meeting rooms, and collaborative zones—optimized for flexibility and team interaction. High-efficiency lighting, acoustic treatments, and integrated building systems were specified to meet performance and sustainability standards. The design reflects the client’s operational priorities, balancing functionality with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
