We recently completed a comprehensive renovation of a Walmart Supercentre, delivering a modernized space that reflects Walmart’s evolving retail strategy and commitment to innovation. The project involved the full demolition of existing VCT flooring throughout the store, which was replaced with polished concrete. This finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal with a clean, modern look but also improves durability and reduces long-term maintenance costs. The washrooms were fully gutted and rebuilt with updated plumbing, moisture-resistant materials, touchless fixtures, and improved ventilation systems to meet contemporary standards for hygiene, accessibility, and sustainability.

The exterior of the store was refreshed with new cladding, signage and facade enhancements to boost visual impact and brand alignment. we also upgraded the electrical infrastructure to support energy-efficient LED lighting and future-ready digital signage, ensuring reduced energy consumption and ease of maintenance. Interior layout improvements included reconfiguring key departments to increase product visibility and shopper flow, as well as optimizing back-of-house operations, maintaining Walmart’s commitment to customer service throughout the renovation period.
